How it works

We try to create team work and trust in our individual trainings. At the beginning of personal growth training we usually look into emotional, personal, social, professional and educational aspects of our life. Then, we inform our coach about what we would like to improve. In some aspects of our life everything is perfectly fine, we feel supported and safe, while in others the improvement is necessary. During the treatment, we analyze which aspects are fine, discover the weak ones and try to improve them. Step by step method is very important. Along the way, we make plans, projects, we talk about fears, and potential blockages. We also analyze the weaknesses and strengths of our life by seeking creative solutions. We try to accept and get to know our potentials and skills. When it comes to social life and emotions, clients try to understand themselves and people they care about. It is important to discern our typical way of communication and the way we function in everyday life. With the help of the coach, we try to understand others and their needs. We learn how to express our emotions towards others. We learn how to respond to the needs of people we communicate with. It is very important that we stop judging and rejecting others and accept them for who they are. Setting our personal boundaries while showing respect at the same time will result in receiving more appreciation from our children, partners and colleagues.
